Shipping Information:

FREE SHIPPING ON CONTINENTAL U.S. RETAIL ORDERS OVER $75 

 Ensure that your shipping address is 100% accurate before checking out. We can only ship to the address that you provide at checkout. Items that are returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect address will incur a re-ship fee.

Orders will be shipped out within 5 business days (excluding federal holidays) via USPS for continental U.S.

Orders under $75 is a Flat Fee of $5 for Continental U.S.

  

Returns Information:

- Items purchased from the sale category and holiday/seasonal items are FINAL SALE ONLY
All other purchases may be exchanged for Store Credit Only if returned within 30 days of arrival and in original, unused condition with original tags still attached.
Items must be postmarked within the return timeframe. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Once items are received, please allow up to five (5) business days for your store credit to be issued. Store credits will not include original shipping costs paid.

Gift Returns:

If you would like to return an item purchased directly from Cottage Baby Boutique that was gifted to you, please include a note indicating this is a gift return along with the buyer’s name and order number if known in addition to your name and email address. The buyer will not be contacted; it will simply help us find the order and act as proof of purchase.  Store credit is only given for gift returns.

 

Store Credit Information:

Once you receive confirmation of store credit via email (a gift card code) you have 3 months to use the store credit before expiration.  Please do not lose this gift card code as we will not be able to re-issue.
